		<description>Thanks for sharing!  This is the first time my husband and I (newlyweds as well) have been a part of a CSA.  We love the idea of eating local food (not to mention ORGANIC local food) and we just moved to Ithaca from Albany, where there were some pretty slim-pickin&#039;s for that kind of thing.  I&#039;m using it as an excuse to branch out and try some new things in my culinary life and I&#039;ve already challenged myself! I&#039;ve never used rhubarb and the strawberry-rhubarb crostada was incredible! We are trying some quick pickled swiss-chard stems right now with this weeks CSA! I think you could state with certainty that I am a CSA lifer.</description>
