Work or Trade for Your Share

We offer the opportunity to work on the farm or trade goods and services in exchange for your CSA Share. If you work on the farm your share can be worked off at the New York state minimum wage. The following is a list of our needs, we are also open to possibilities we have not yet thought of – but you have.

Work

Farm Work
Our farm work days are Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Our crew starts at 8am and finishes at 6pm. If you are interested in a farm work exchange it is not necessary to work full days – however we do prefer to have working members work at the same times as our crew.

Market Help
We need help setting up and taking down our display every market day. Usually, set-up help arrives about an hour before market begins and works for two hours. Tear-down help arrives about 15 minutes before the end and usually is needed for about an hour. Occasionally, we also need help with customer service at market.

We have some junk trees in precarious places that need to be removed before they fall and damage buildings.
