Heirloom Tomato Salad

Heirloom Tomatoes at our Market Stand

4-6 servings

3 or 4 heirloom tomatoes, sliced
¼ cup chopped basil
Extra virgin olive oil
fresh grated parmesan cheese
salt

Arrange tomatoes on a platter, sprinkle with salt drizzle with oil, scatter the basil and grate a little parmesan over the top.
