Week 18 Basic Share Shopping List

Meal Prep:

Escarole Salad – Grill the chicken, make the croutons, and dressing ahead of time.

Miso Noodle Soup with Delicata Squash & Greens – squash can be roasted ahead of time and reheated in the soup.

Acorn Squash Marinara – make the marinara in advance (or use store-bought), make the breadcrumbs ahead of time, prep all the topping ingredients and store separately in the refrigerator. You can even bake the squash and marinara ahead of time, then just top and finish baking.
