Wash greens, chop into bite size pieces and spin dry. Store in a container with a paper towel loosely draped over the top. Pull out and use in recipes as directed.

Pickle the Hakurei Turnips right away so you can serve them the next day.

Grate the carrots in advance and dress the slaw just before you serve it.

Make the miso dressing up to 2 days in advance for an easy weeknight meal.
