Blanched collards by Early Morning Farm CSA4 servings

1 Bunch of Kale or Collard Greens
Salt

Remove kale stems and chop coarsely, Add to 3 or 4 quarts of boiling salted water, and cook for 5 minutes or less.  Drain in to colander and rinse immediately with cold water.  Serve room temperature.
