Welcome Academic Season Members

This coming week will be the first week of our Academic Season CSA shares – and the half way point for our CSA season. Tons of great produce to come.  New share members – look for an email with loads of important details on Monday.

This Week’s Forecast!

Last week we started digging potatoes – and holy potatoes! We have so many potatoes, best yield we’ve ever seen. So, we’ll be putting potatoes in the share boxes for the rest of the season. Our fall crops look exceptional this year! Here’s the forecast:

Likely: 
Tomatoes
Lettuce
Red Russian Kale
Carrots
Potatoes
Sweet Peppers

 

Possible: 
Eggplant
Kohlrabi
Summer Squash

 

Coming Soon: 
Napa Cabbage
Early Winter Squash
