Sweet Dumpling Winter Squash!

This coming week will be CSA Week 22 of our 23 week regular CSA season – Just one more Harvest Forecast for this CSA Season!  The crew has been very busy pulling Carrots,  Beets, Watermelon Radish, Daikon Radishes, Parsnips, and Turnips this week and our cold storage is jam packed with gorgeous organic veggies for our Winter CSA Boxes and for our last few CSA deliveries.

We had a bit of a Freeze on Monday night when temperatures dropped into the mid 20’s on our farm, but at this point in the growing season most of the greens and roots in the field can take a cold night or two – we did cover up the Lettuce just in case.
