Picking Sugar Snap Peas

Sugar Snap Peas are in! Strawberries are out – the rain has turned the berries to mush! Cucumbers, Summer Squash, fresh Carrots, and the spring planted Cabbages are all just around the corner. Also, the Eggplants in the high tunnels look like they’ll be ready in a few weeks.  Baby Beets, Scallions, Escarole, Napa Cabbage, and the first of the fresh Onions are all possibilities in this weeks CSA boxes.
