The crispness of fall is starting to set in! Many of the fall vegetables sweeten with the cooler weather as their plant tissues begin to produce natural sugars to protect against freezing – you might notice the difference in Kale, Carrots, Beets, Spinach and others.

Winter CSA Boxes: We offer two deliveries of Full Bushels of winter veggies (35 lbs +) One the week before Thanksgiving and one in late December.
