Lansing, NY CSA Pick-up Sites

Wow, this year we have expanded our Lansing area pick-up sites to 4 locations!!  All of the Lansing Area Sites make picking up your CSA Share in Northeast Ithaca and Lansing convenient with out having to go downtown.  We’re grateful to local businesses and residents for helping to host these pick-up sites.

Ithaca Coffee Company Stop by Ithaca Coffee Company for coffee drinks, locally roasted coffee beans, and gourmet grocery items.  They have an impressive cheese selection including many local cheeses, and a cafe in the back serving beer, wine, and snacks.  They also have a large craft brew selection. Pick up your CSA Share Wednesdays, from 2pm – 9pm.

ims_logoHeadNew for the 2014 season pick up your CSA Share at Ithaca Montessori School!  Established in 1968, IMS has been educating young children according to the Montessori Method for over 40 years.  IMS has a 10 month school year, and two month summer program that is open to the public.  Pick up your CSA Share at IMS on Wednesdays from 3:30 – 5:30pm.  Located off Triphammer Rd, near Target and the Shoppes at Ithaca Mall.

Lansing CSA Pick-upPeople’s Market, in Lansing, is located on East Shore Dr behind the Lansing Post Office shopping strip.  If you’re looking for a locally made gift, this is the perfect place for unique items like local fibers, jams and jellies, art, and dry goods.  Pick up your CSA Share on Wednesdays from 2:00pm – 6:30pm.

 

tomato-seedlingsFinally, in the Hillcrest Neighborhood a CSA member has opened their home to host a Neighborhood Pick-up Site.  Neighborhood Pick-up Sites foster community and neighborhood cohesion by serving as a weekly meeting point for CSA members and neighbors to share in the harvest.  Located on Stormy View Dr this site will be open from 2pm – 8pm, a great location for anyone near Warren Road or the Hillcrest Neighborhood.
