people'sLansing is home to an eclectic market featuring items from over 50 local artists and crafters!  Located behind the Lansing Post Office, People’s Market is well worth the stop.  In addition to local arts and crafts, the market carries local books and items from the Lansing Historical Society.  The pantry section of the store, known as the “People’s Pantry” filled with locally produced goods including gluten free granola, jams and jellies,  honey, maple syrup, local farm fresh eggs, organic beef, organic sunflower oil, navy beans and popcorn, and so much more!  Right inline with their local foods market, is our locally grown CSA Share.  We’ll be dropping off CSA Share boxes of certified organic vegetables on Wednesdays for 23 weeks starting June 11th.

The CSA Season runs mid-June through mid-November, members pick up their weekly share box from People’s Market on Wednesdays from 2pm – 6:30 pm.  Members can sign up for the main CSA Season, or for students and faculty we offer the Academic Season Share, 12 weeks of produce starting the last week in August.  The Academic Season Share comes in our Basic Share Box, a 1/2 bushel box filled to the brim with certified organic produce.  The Basic Share contains 7-9 varieties and 30-35 servings each week.  During the main season there are two different size share options, the Basic CSA Share and the Premium CSA Share.  The Premium CSA Share box is a3/4 bushel box filled to the brim each week with 10-12 varieties and 40-45 servings.
