The packing area smelled amazing this week as the crew was washing the fresh basil and fennel! If you have leftover basil, try this recipe for basil oil or one of our pesto recipes to preserve any leftover basil. A great way to use up fresh basil. For the holiday weekend, and warm weather we’ve got some great fresh salads, and an easy how-to for stir fry. Napa cabbage is great for slaws, try the stir-fry recipe or your favorite slaw recipe for any barbecues or picnics!
