Saturday May 31st we’ll join members of the Real Food Co-op at their Spring Member Meeting! The Real Food Co-op is located at 618 Kensington Rd in Syracuse, and the meeting will be held outdoors at the co-op weather permitting. The alternate location is Westcott Community Center, at 826 Euclid Ave. If it rains you can find us there! We’re excited to share information about our CSA with co-op members. We’ve been working with Real Food Co-op for years as a drop-off site for our certified organic CSA Shares. The site is so popular, it’s just for co-op members. We deliver two different size shares to Real Food Co-op. The Basic Share contains 7-9 different varieties of certified organic vegetables each week, and 30-35 servings. The Basic Share comes in 1/2 bushel box. The Premium Share fills a 3/4 bushel box to the brim with 10-12 different varieties of certified organic veggies grown on our family owned farm. The Premium share will contain 10-12 different varieties each week and 40-45 servings. We also offer an Academic Season Share from late August to mid-November. This share is ideal for students and faculty who spend their summers away from Central New York, and is also available to anyone who won’t be around during the first part of the season. Are you traveling this year? Give us a call at 315.237.9170, we’re happy to pro-rate a share based on your schedule.
