It’s been a fast week on the farm, the crew has been bundled up bringing in as much of the late fall harvest as they can for our winter boxes. These shares truly are filled to the brim with so many offerings for your Thanksgiving table and many meals after! The farm kitchen has been busy testing recipes for all diets – and desserts too! Check out our posts on vegetarian and gluten free ideas; and sample menus from our recipe index to help you get started with your meal planning. Since our winter share boxes are so much larger than our regular CSA Shares, and designed to store well, we’ll be sending out 3 meal plans tailored to the winter boxes. Check  your inbox December 2nd & 8th for more kitchen tips to help you get the most out of your share. Happy eating!
