It’s that time of year – the CSA season is ended and our crew is working a “lighter” schedule. We’re as busy as ever getting ready for our popular winter share boxes, closing down the farm for the winter, and planning for our 18th growing season! That means one more thing is on the horizon – Thanksgiving! A favorite holiday among locavores, this is the best time to celebrate the local bounty of the Fingerlakes. From fresh produce, to turkey, cider, wine, and everything in between you can find it all right here in Central New York.
