When the tomato harvest slows down and the nights start getting cooler, the next sign of fall is the winter squash harvest! We kick off the season with delicata squash and usually end with butternut. Whichever variety you’re roasting or stewing check out this quick video we made in the farm kitchen with Tracy & Local Chef Emma Frisch. At the end we give you a quick recipe for Smoked Paprika Squash Seeds – a delicious snack and topping for salads and more!
