Prep all the vegetables in advance for the spring rolls, then have everyone help roll them at meal time.

Peel, slice, and boil the potatoes ahead of time for the Spanish Tortilla.

Use peppers, carrots, kohlrabi, and extra bok choy for the Summer Vegetable Miso Soup.
