Meal Plan Prep Tips
Cured Beets – cure the beets in advance, keep them whole, and slice for sandwiches
Fajitas – Marinate the steak for fajitas the night before and chop all of the veggies ahead.
Pizza – At the beginning of the week pre-grate the Parmesan & Mozzarella for the risotto and pizza.
Chop Salad – Wash and chop lettuce, then store it in a container with a paper towel under it so it’s ready when you need it. If using wheat pasta you can cook it ahead and refrigerate it, just toss it with a little oil so it doesn’t stick together.

Spicy Radicchio Fennel Pizza – use gluten free crust
Kohlrabi Fritters – GF flour works perfectly
